For support requests related to an active evaluation, include your evaluation ID from your confirmation email. This allows us to pull up your specific analysis and diagnose issues faster. If your report failed to generate due to a technical error, refunds are processed automatically — you do not need to request one.

For partnership inquiries from accelerators, venture capital firms, or founder communities, we are particularly interested in hearing how objective startup analysis could integrate with your existing programs.
