Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Verve Intelligence provides AI-powered startup idea evaluation services. When you purchase an evaluation ($99 per analysis), our system processes your submission through a 7-phase analysis pipeline and delivers a report with a GO, PIVOT, or NO-GO verdict. The service is provided “as is” and reports represent AI-generated analysis, not professional business advice.

2. AI Disclaimer

Verve Intelligence reports are generated by artificial intelligence systems. While we strive for accuracy and cite sources where possible, you should understand that:

• AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
• Reports are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.
• Market conditions change rapidly; analysis reflects data available at time of processing.
• A GO verdict is not a guarantee of success. A NO-GO verdict is not a guarantee of failure.
• You are solely responsible for all business decisions made based on our reports.

3. Payment and Pricing

• Evaluations are priced at $99 per analysis at time of writing. Prices may change.
• Payment is collected before processing begins via Stripe.
• All prices are in USD.
• No subscription or recurring charges — each evaluation is a one-time purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: If the system fails to deliver a report due to a technical error, you receive a full refund automatically.
• Duplicate purchase: Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded upon request.

A NO-GO or PIVOT verdict is not grounds for a refund. The value of the service is the analysis itself, regardless of the outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your ideas: You retain full ownership of your startup ideas and submissions. We claim no intellectual property rights over your ideas.
• Your reports: The evaluation reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and reference as you see fit.
• Our platform: The Verve Intelligence platform, analysis methodology, and brand are our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our analysis pipeline
• Use automated tools to submit bulk evaluations without authorization
• Resell or redistribute our reports as your own service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verve Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific evaluation in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
