When you use Verve Intelligence, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address, name, and payment details when you create an account or purchase an evaluation.
• Idea submissions: The startup idea description and supporting details you submit for evaluation.
• Usage data: How you interact with our platform, including pages viewed and features used.
• Technical data: Browser type, device information, and IP address for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Evaluation delivery: Your idea submission is processed by our AI pipeline to generate your analysis report.
• Account management: To manage your account, process payments, and deliver reports.
• Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve the platform.
• Communication: To send you your report, account updates, and service notifications.

3. Idea Confidentiality

Your startup idea submissions are treated with strict confidentiality:

• Submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Your ideas are never shared with third parties.
• Your ideas are never used to train AI models.
• Only the AI pipeline processes your submission — no human reviews your idea unless you contact support.

4. AI Processing

Your idea is processed by multiple AI models as part of our 7-phase evaluation pipeline. These models analyze your submission against market data, competitor information, and other publicly available sources. The AI generates analysis and recommendations but does not make business decisions on your behalf. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before acting on it.

5. Data Retention

Your evaluation reports are retained in your account for as long as your account is active. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Payment records are retained as required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Payment processing: Stripe processes payments. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Hosting: Vercel hosts the marketing site. Lovable hosts the application.
• AI providers: We use multiple AI model providers for evaluation processing. Submissions are processed under enterprise API agreements that prohibit training on customer data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
